Through first hand experience, one of the best Estate agents in this area, ie along the Mar Menor. They are well connected locally which makes a big difference and they are extremely reliable. Friendly yet very professional. They don't just throw fees together either, like most of the other agents and don't charge crazy commissions. Other people that we know, like us, who have used La Maison PPS have nothing but glowing reports. Anybody buying property in spain should make the effort to seek out a quality local estate agent as they know their area extremely well.
Far to often many people respond to the adverts in the UK Sunday newspapers and 'bingo' you're suddenly in the clutches of the so called 'big boys'. We have all seen the free viewing trips etc! With 20% in commission on the property sale, they can well afford it. Worse still these large companies often sell you such poor quality houses that no Spaniard in his right mind would buy one. You're left to then spend a fortune trying to improve your 'dream house'. My tip? Don't leave your brains in the UK. If you keep your head, shop around and speak to several local estate agents, you will get a superior property and at the right price. ie the local estate agent typically takes far less then the wopping 20%.
This spanish property agent is certainly the kind of quality estate agent that most people should speak to if they are serious about investing in Murcia and costa calida. I would certainly endorse them to any of my friends. Elaine.
La Maison Estate Agent
Anyone who has bought property in Torre de la Horadada over the last 4 or 5 years will know this estate agent very well. The fact that they remain in touch with their former clients long after the purchase speak volumes. Even know if I need help I can pick up the phone, even after 4 years. Very reliable!
