The forum is administered by a Response Team. This designated group of talented muslim men and women look after responding to all questions and replies posted by non-Muslim visitors. Non-Muslims can also engage in live 1-on-1 chat sessions with one of our Response Team members.

The forum is also dedicated to providing a support program for new converts to Islam. New Muslims can request to have one of our team members teach them the essentials of Islam following our Teaching New Muslims Curriculum.
