DIPTA STRONGER POINTS

   * Dipta prices are not as high as ISO-certified competitors.
   * Dipta prices are not as high as our competitors whom offer "full-replacement guarantees".
   * Dipta prices are not as high as our competitors whom offer speed delivery.
   * Dipta welcomes quality inspectors and appointees at any time. We honestly consult material-alternatves for furniture to our clients; which are the wiser choices for furniture.
   * We don't agree to price-pressure with intention to later: "cut-one-leg-of-a-chair". We believe in serving the end-user first; their satisfaction is paramount.
   * We have open-price and open-design policies.
   * In best interest of the client's time and efficient shopping, we display our goods without password or such.
   * Please be assured that all pictures found in Dipta websites are made by ourselves. Guaranteed.
   * We give honest delivery-time assessment: not to agree to an order at sooner time with intention to deliver late.

DIPTA WEAKNESS POINTS

   * Dipta is not ISO certified as our products are almost 100%handmade; bordering with artistry and simplest management techniques are often already too much for the villager-workers.
   * Dipta cannot afford "full-replacement guarantees" because we do not put such in our pricing.
   * Dipta cannot do "expedite delivery" as our budget (based-on-our-pricing) prohibit recruitment of best-and-fast-but-expensive furniture-maker-veterans.
   * We are not strong enough to accept orders without down-payment or without LC.
   * We cannot afford to LC-collect payment term.
   * Sampling-orders need additional time: estimations will be honestly made prior to down-payment.

QUALITY

Dipta probably among the few companies with the oldest-most-seasoned production forepeople in the business. And they are most selective in artisan recruitment which is critical to maintain the neatest (as possible) article. They are all our 'quality backbone'.
